Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled baristas to join our team and help us bring the joy of coffee to weddings and other special events. As a Wedding and Events Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care, ensuring that each customer receives an exceptional experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to customer preferences and company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee cart and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and serving area.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction with their coffee experience.
Manage transactions and operate a POS system accurately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during events.
Assist with setup and breakdown of the coffee cart at event locations.
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment.
Weekend Availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
Reliable transportation to travel to event locations.

Pay/Expected Hours:
10-20 Hours Per Month
From $20 Per Hour
Rates vary depending on barista skill which will be assessed during training.
Training Period:
The starting period for training will be the second week of April. Exact dates will be communicated upon hiring.
